IntERNSHIP IN JEWELLERY
Our company, KUVARA jewellery, is now offering an internship in the jewellery sector. We are looking for motivated students for a duration of 3 to 6 months, ideally starting May 15, 2024, in Bern, Switzerland. Interns will gain insights into all work processes, improve craftsmanship skills and learn goldsmithing techniques. They can also use their creativity in marketing and sales.

exhibition “the last ring”
The ring symbolizes the cycle of beginning and end, or it can simply be the last part of a series. Is it a ring for a deceased person, does it tell the magical story of a time long past or is it simply the last ring before the great end?
Various jewellery artists from Switzerland deal with this topic. Vanessa Ohlhausen, the designer of KUVARA jewellery, also explores this theme in a piece of jewellery.
The results can be seen at three different locations.

DESIGN 22 BERN
Design 22 takes place in an unusual location, in the greenhouses of the Stadtgrün in Bern. 55 exhibitors show mainly regionally made and sustainable works. Newcomer KUVARA jewellery will be there for the first time this year. Furthermore, Matthias Schmid (Atelier für Zufallsforschung) is invited this year to enchant the guests with his kinetic objects. Urs Sibi Sibold, a blind portraitist, will be present to draw you in his surprising way. Tidbits will be served this year by Amuse-Gueule of Bern. What started small and fine has now grown slowly and steadily.
