JEWELLERY CARE
Regular contact with water, shampoo, etc. is not recommended. KUVARA jewellery should always be returned to a suitable jewellery box after wearing and stored in a dry room.
The best way to care for KUVARA jewellery is to polish it from time to time with a soft, dry cloth (without any polishing or cleaning agents) to remove any residue from wearing.
KUVARA jewellery can be maintained. Please send an e-mail to get an offer.
SIZES
All bracelet and chain lengths are indicated in the item description. If you want the jewellery made in other sizes, please contact us by E-mail before ordering.
For rings you can select your ring size during the checkout process. All the rings are available in ring sizes from 48 to 63 which corresponds the sizes from 15.3mm to 20mm inner diameter.
To determine your ring size you can measure an existing ring of yours. We need the inner diameter of this ring. It is important that you take care that you take a standard ring (width a wider width), because very thin rings can often have a smaller ring size.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
Payments are possible by credit card or Paypal. In individual cases, other payment options may be granted. Contact us for the arrangement in writing before ordering.
SHIPPING
National Deliveries (within Switzerland)
KUVARA Jewellery will ship your order within 7 to 14 days with the Swiss A-Post. If KUVARA Jewellery cannot meet this deadline, you will be informed immediately.
The shipping costs are 2,80 CHF. They will be added to the sales price and shown separately on the order.
International deliveries
The delivery time of international postal shipments depends on the recipient country. To Germany is to be counted as a rule with 7-14 days. If KUVARA Jewellery cannot meet this deadline, you will be informed immediately.
The shipping costs including tracking are 18 CHF. They will be added to the sales price and shown separately on the order.
Please note: For international deliveries outside of Switzerland, customs fees may apply. These will be claimed directly from you by the relevant customs office.
RETURNS
Please inform KUVARA Jewellery immediately by E-mail or contact form if you want to cancel your order or return the goods you have already received.
If the jewellery is not yet been shipped, you will be refunded the cost of the jewellery you do not wish to receive, including delivery costs. If you want to cancel only a part of the order, the delivery costs will not be refunded.
If you have already received the jewellery and you would like to return it, you have to inform KUVARA jewellery about your cancellation in writing via e-mail within 7 calendar days after receiving the jewellery.
The jewellery must be returned in perfect condition and in the original packaging. If these conditions are met, you will be refunded the amount of the jewellery, including the delivery costs, in the form of a voucher.
Please note for international returns: The return shipping costs will not be refunded to you. Any customs fees, will be charged to you.

DAMAGED GOODS
Please photograph any externally visible damage to the delivered packages/products immediately upon receipt of the goods and report it to KUVARA Jewellery without delay. In case of justified defects you will receive, without any further costs for you, a replacement delivery or the repair of the goods (returns will only be accepted in original packaging).
If no repair is possible, you can send the goods back to us for a refund of the full purchase price.
WARRANTY
There is a 24 month warranty on all KUVARA jewellery from the date of purchase. The warranty covers all manufacturing and processing defects. It does not cover scratches, damage caused by external factors (bent jewellery, broken chains, broken cords), dirt, improper storage, unauthorized modifications, wear and tear.
